NTT INDYCAR SERIES: Santino Ferrucci Out For Toronto After Morning Crash

TORONTO — Santino Ferrucci will not participate in today’s INDYCAR race in Toronto after a hard crash during the morning warm-up rendered his car irreparable vip 777 casino. Following the accident, Ferrucci was seen icing his hand, but the team confirmed it wasn’t broken, and he reassured fans that he would be okay. Ferrucci attributed the crash to driver error, explaining that he failed to disengage the hybrid power boost while on primary (harder) tires, leading to excessive power entering Turn 8. Ferrucci entered the Toronto race weekend ranked 10th in the series standings, but he faced challenges on the streets and was set to start from the 23rd position. Although he won’t race, he will receive three points for qualifying, as opposed to five for finishing last. The team stated, “The damage sustained to the car requires extensive repairs that cannot be completed to the standard of safety and performance necessary to race. While this is a difficult decision for the team, the safety of our driver and our crew remains our top priority.”
